Heavenly Father

Today was breath taking. Unexplainable. Unforgettable. Today is the day Jesus Christ saved me. I asked him to forgive my sins, and make me whole and pure. I asked him to make me his. I prayed to him, that he accept me and welcome me to heaven when my time comes, and that he may use me as I am needed. I prayed to My Heavenly Father, that I will be loved. That I will be a daughter of Christ. Do you know what he said to me? He says, "Audrey, I accept you. I Love you. I will make you whole. I will Make you mine. I will save you. I will protect you, and make you whole and pure. Believe in me, I am the light. I am the way. The only way. Follow me, and you will be saved." A strong sense deep inside me told me that I needed to get up and walk to the baptismal pool, and become part of my God, and be truly loved. I was given a "Red Dot Love" shirt and pair of shorts to wear after the baptism. The woman lead me to the huge pool in the auditorium. I walked up the ladder. There were people telling me, "God Bless You!" left and right, and I just cried because He has blessed me. With everything in my life. And he will always bless me, as long as I hold him close. I stepped into the water, in my clothes. I waded through the chest high waves, and I was told to go over to John Bishop. John asked me for my name, and if I had prayed to my lord to be accepted with him. I nodded. He held my hand and said a prayer in my ear, brought my hand to my nose and said, "You will go down as everything you ever were, and come up as a new child of God. He tilted me back into the water, and pulled me back up. I was crying, and he said God Bless. I will never forget this day. And the best part, it was filmed by Fox 12 News, and will be aired on Easter Morning at 10:00 AM.

I think I sang too much.. Haha. I'm losing my voice now. But I was sick before so it could just be coming back. But anyways.. My producer and I are going to try and work a bit this spring. I'm psyched!! Just wrote 2 new songs, hope they'll be up. Tatah.

Wow. Not much to say about today really.... Uh pretty normal. Jack In The Box for dinner. Sourdough Jack, Curly Fries, and a large Root Beer. Haha. I'm pretty basic there.. Got a bit behind in History today. Hope I get caught up. Hell that's it really.... Ummmmm Tatah for Now?

OFFICIALLY TIRED.

That's it. I am officially wiped out. It was Uncle Glen's 50th birthday today, (Woot, Woot!) so we had a big birthday bash at his place. Unfortunately with Rebecca being gone for more than a year now, it was hard for me to be at her house. Especially with Corinne and Glenn there. With out her there, it seemed hollow and kind of quiet, even though there was probably 15 people at the party. it was fun though. Anyways, church was great. sang another beautiful hymn, and got written down for singing special music in April. I'll probably videotape it and put it up here. well, it's late. even with the whole "spring forward, fall back" thing going on. So, Tatah For Now everybody.

Community Service Gone Bad..

So I was planting trees with the rest of the Earth Club at Cottonwood Beach, and I was using a shovel to dig holes in the ground to put the trees into.The dirt was mixed with clay which made it hard to dig in. I jumped on the shovel, fell backwards, and landed on a patch of stinging nettles. It sucked. It just so happened, that my shirt came up a little bit, and the nettles caught my bare skin. It burned SO bad, and then came the itching. Then the worst part. The burning, itching, blotchy white and red rash. I'm definitely wearing a leotard next time I go plant trees : (

Community Service

Tomorrow morning, my youth group and I are going to do one of the things on our list of services for the community. we are going to replant trees at the beach. I get to wake up at 7:30 on a Saturday, WOOHOO!! then we are going to SafeWay to get supplies, then we're on our way to the beach : ) At noon, I get to head home, and go running! Yay exercise. haha.
